All domains can be renewed through our billing system at https://secure.ipmedia.com.au/billing/clientarea.php.
Once you receive a domain expiration notice, log in to the billing system and click My Domains. Next to the corresponding domain, click View Details then the Renew Domains button. Select your renewal period, then click on the Order Renewal button.
This will generate an invoice for the domain renewal. Once paid, your domain will be renewed for the specified period.
